MEN’S BIBLE STUDY & POTLUCK: Tonight!!
Wednesday, Aug 26th & Sept 9th, 6pm.

WOMEN’S THURSDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY:
“Truthfilled” by Ruth Chou Simons. Starting Sept 17th, 9am. Join this 7-session study of the book of Colossians as she leads us through a practice of preaching gospel truth to ourselves by studying Paul’s example. In every changing season of life, we can rest in God’s character, rehearse our identity in Christ, respond in faith, and remember God’s provision for us. In today’s culture, there’s no shortage of self-help, easy fixes, and worldly advice, but only the truth of God’s Word was meant to fill you up and satisfy you fully. No need to sign up. Books can be purchased on Amazon.
 
SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT:
Faith & Fellowship Co-ed Softball Tournament, Sept 25th – 6pm, Sept 26th – 9am at the Community Park in Houlton. Open to players ages 15 & up. Sign up at the Welcome Center. Don’t wanna play? Just come out to support our team and have a great time cheering them on!!  

COFFEE TIME:
We still need 2 people who would be able to serve if someone is on a vacation or for a last minute sickness/emergency. If you want to get to know your church family better and would like to serve coffee on Sunday mornings, please see Cara or email secretary@houltonmsbc.org.

CHOICES DIRECTOR:
Adopt-A-Block of Aroostook (AABA) is seeking a caring, organized, and Christ-centered individual to serve as the Director of our Choices After-School Program. The Director provides overall leadership, organization, and weekly oversight of the program while working alongside an amazing team of volunteers to create a safe, fun, and encouraging environment for children. Part-Time (School Year), Tuesdays, plus planning and preparation time, up to 10 hours a week. If you have a heart for children, enjoy leading volunteers, and desire to make a lasting impact in the lives of families in our community, we'd love to hear from you! STRONG TOWER HAITI:

VAN RIDES:
If you need a ride to church on a Sunday morning, please call the office no later than Thursday morning so we can get the route info set up before the weekend. Please note the church is closed on Fridays.
