Leadership

Pastor Dave has been leading The Church on the Hill since August 2025. His favorite part of his role here is seeing lives transformed for the Glory of God.

Pastor Robert joined our staff in October 2018 and has served in multiple capacities over the years. He currently serves as Executive Pastor, providing leadership in discipleship and overseeing the administrative functions of the church.

Becky has been serving the children on the hill for many years and joined the staff in April of 2024. She loves Jesus and kids, with a little glitter sprinkled in.

Tammy has a deep love for Jesus and for the people He places in her path. She joined our staff in January 2006 and faithfully serves both those within our church family and those in the surrounding community. Her greatest joy is ministering to people in practical ways and seeing every connection as an opportunity to share the love of God.

Cara joined our staff as Church Secretary in September 2020, and has been faithfully serving Christ for many years. She has a strong passion for organization and administration, and enjoys bringing order and structure to details and paperwork. She also finds joy in supporting the pastoral team and assisting staff with ministry needs across the church.

Allen has been serving on staff as the Church Facility Manager since January 2024. He also takes great care in maintaining and stewarding the church’s facilities with excellence. Allen, as the Facility Manager Oversees the Property Management team. His primary passion is evangelism. He enjoys encouraging and supporting people in that work. Allen provides pulpit supply for churches as a laymen preacher. He also serves here at the Church on The Hill as the chair of the Deaconate and serves on the Worship team as the leader of the projection team.
